Hello! I’m Lynn Chenier.
My work as a Strategic Interventionist and Health Consultant brings 20 years of experiential and clinical knowledge to the table. With a passion for food, juicing and detoxes to heal, my work supports clients at helping them manage their pain and dissatisfaction, to help them live a significant, fulfilling life.
My programs are designed to connect people with themselves once again and recover from all matters related to “personal injury”.
I give people the opportunity to connect with the art of who they are, and re-write their stories! And…provide them with greater direction and confidence in the canvas of their lives.
My mantra is this, life is about personal discovery, and growth, otherwise we would remain in the same place. And learn to Simplify your life!
In 2004, my whole life changed when my world was turned upside down. I was in a horrific car crash that exposed me to deeper pain, fear and vulnerability than I ever imagined possible in life.

Hello, I’m Lynn!
Most people who become my clients are recovering from very difficult life circumstances. They want a richer, more simplified life, and they can’t figure out the next steps to getting beyond their past.
I remind them to have more trust, while observing the many “signs” that come their way. I train them to get more joy, and passion while making it feel like a walk in the park.
By showing people that in order to get exactly what they want, which is a significant and meaningful life, they have to approach life with a little bit of laughter and soul. Often this involves re-writing “the story” – shifting one’s perception of their difficult circumstances. By creating a more colourful picture of “the story” one can develop a lighter presence in their life.
When I’m not teaching a group, coaching clients, writing blogs, creating irresistible products – or hanging out on my many social media platforms – I can also be found enjoying one of the many beaches on the Island, and getting out for a paddle on the Lake. And when I need to shift gears, I play the guitar and the cello.
I hold a Bachelor of Nursing Science Degree and Master of Arts Degree. I’ve worked with many people, families, and communities. I have a unique perspective on what it takes to create long-term personal changes. My clients often call me their “Fairy Godmother”.
If not day-dreaming about my next adventure up-Island to Tofino, I can be found wishing to be roaming the streets of Barcelona again someday. And, I’ve got this crazy quirk about “synchronicity”, which is that I absolutely love ….asking for “signs” about pretty much everything. Perhaps that is how I’ve learned to trust that I’m on the right track?
That’s the scoop on the professional Lynn…
We all have a purpose.
At Satori Health & Wellness Coaching I help you grow, and remind you to trust in yourself again. We dive deep into your Dream, that big Vision that you simply want to bring to reality. I help you craft a really significant and amazing life.
Let me be your Coach.
If you’re dying to know more, here are a few things you don’t know about me…
1. I am a “single-mom-by-choice”. I had Soleil as a single woman, through donor insemination. Indeed, this required much planning. But no less enriching.
2. I speak fluent French, and I’m learning Spanish.
3. I learned Transcendental Meditation nearly 20 years ago, and it changed my life. I meditate daily and can’t live without my TM practice.
4. I once lived in Toronto, but moved out to Vancouver Island for the milder climate and nature.
5. I love journaling, and self-reflection. I have at least 3 on-the-go at one time for different parts of my life.
6. I have the cutest pug in the world, “Marley The Sunshine Pug”
7. I’m passionate about all things health and wellness. As a result, I go through many spurts of shifting to half-caf/half-decaf to make up for my obsession with good coffee.
8. One day I will write a movie.
9. I used to trade on the stock market daily. I love all things about Money Management!
10. I’m obsessed with Audio-books. They’ve changed my life!
11. I once was a lesbian. Over 17 years, the Village @ Church/Wellesley was my main hangout. I learned about relationships, equity and diversity in it’s purest form.
Certainly you can see by now that it’s never too late to make your life significant and amazing. Whether you want to own your own business, day-trade on the side, write a screenplay, or rock out in a band, anything is possible. Work hard. Play hard. Don’t worry about what others will think. Just focus on honouring your life and be “Your Life’s Canvas”. As a wise mentor has said, “Every Master Was Once A Disaster” T Harv Eker.

WHAT IS STRATEGIC INTERVENTION?
Strategic Intervention is a unique coaching medium. Its strategies have been pulled from many disciples: game theory, cybernetics, neurolinguistics, organizational psychology, management psychology, among many other system theories.
Lynn’s coaching education within the tradition of Strategic Intervention originates from the understanding of the power of meaning to shape all aspects of a human’s life.
The following excerpt is from the Robbins Madanes Centre website. Click here to read more.
“Strategic Intervention (also known as SI) is a project dedicated to extracting the most practical and effective forms of strategic action and communication from a variety of disciplines: Ericksonian therapy, strategic family therapy, Human Needs Psychology, organizational psychology, neurolinguistics, psychology of influence, strategic studies, traditions of diplomacy and negotiation, and others.
The aim of Robbins Madanes Training in Strategic Intervention Coaching is to develop an eminently practical method for taking action in a strategic way to get things done also that human needs are fulfilled and elevated.
Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi are examples of masterful Strategic Interventionists that transcend the particularities of religion, culture, institution, job description, or political philosophy (as Strategic Intervention should).
What distinguishes SI from other strategic studies is the belief that certain holistic solutions “snap into place” when more people’s needs are met, expressed, and elevated.
Why? Because our solutions are based on the principle of growth and contribution. Any change, when it is reinforced by growth and contribution, not only “sticks,” but it goes on to positively influence hundreds of other people.”
