The meditation class has a simple philosophy – “Go Within”

Lynn understands that health practitioners live extremely busy lives. The meditation class teaches busy people (nationwide!) how to live a more happy, mindful and creative life.

SESSION 1:  Saturday, April 4th at 3PM

Receive mantra, and become initiated as a meditator.

SESSION 2: Saturday, April 11th  at 3PM

Learn basic operating procedures of meditation.

SESSION 3: Saturday, April 18th at 3PM

Learn about stress reduction and mind/body connection in meditation.

SESSION 4: Saturday, April 24th at 3pM

Learn how to integrate meditation into your life and what to expect with regular practice.

Each session is 90 minutes.
